APEX
manufactures our Impex Impervious
Graphite equipment to exacting
standard, utilizing only the highest
grade raw graphite. When we
impregnate the graphite with our
proprietary phenolic-resin treat,
you can be assured our graphite has
a high strength, high corrosion
resistant and long life. APEX
domestically supplied graphite
is a perfect fit for highly
corrosive applications, especially
where fouling is an issue. For
example heating of pickle liquor in
steel pickling applications that use
HCL, Sulfuric, and Nitric acid.

APEX can supply graphite heat
exchangers in cylindrical block,
cubic block and shell and tube.
There are a number of applications
in the chemical and steel pickling
industry that utilize graphite heat
exchangers to withstand the highly
corrosive nature of their
applications.
APEX graphite supplied and
impregnated in the USA which allows
for APEX to provide graphite heat
exchangers with faster lead times
than most other graphite suppliers. |
